STARTERS

 - Pulled beef brisket CROQUETTES, golden beetroot piccalilli .

 - DEVON CRAB & avocado, crab mayonnaise, sordough toast.

 - Torched feta SALAD, heritage tomatoes, samphire, basil (V).

 

MAINS

 - 9oz RIBEYE served with baby watercress & thick cut chips.

 - Roasted LAMB rump, potato gratin, crushed minted peas and red wine jus.

 - Lobster RISOTTO, parmesan, chive, lemon, cherry tomato.

 - Seasonal mushroom TAGLIATELLE, white wine, rocket, tarragon and truffle oil(VE).

DESSERTS

 - Chocolate BROWNIE, honeycomb ice cream, devon cream toffee sauce (V).

 - BANOFFEE pie, caramelised banana, chocolate popping candy (V).

The ceremony will take place at the Maidenhead Town Hall on Saturday 10th March 2018 at 12:00 and the wedding reception will take place at Browns Windsor at 13:30pm. We have hired a bus to pick the guests up from Windsor town centre (Alexandra Park Parking) at 11:00 and take them all to Maidenhead, After the ceremony the bus will take us back to Windsor. 

This is the menu that will be available at the wedding reception. You need to choose one main and one dessert from the below. We need to know your selection before the 1st March 2018.
